Legal Head

Morris Williams Principal Lawyer

Morris Williams is the founder and principal lawyer at Richardson Law Corporation. He has extensive experience in litigation and substantial court experience across a variety of legal disciplines. While Richard is well-versed in courtroom advocacy, his primary goal is to resolve matters efficiently without having to go to court whenever possible.

Morris earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2011 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013. He also holds a B.Sc. from Concordia University (2006) and an M.Sc. from McGill University (2008). Before transitioning into law, Richard conducted research on the biological properties of a parasite affecting millions globally. His desire to help others led him to shift his focus from science to law, where he now uses his skills to contribute to the well-being of others through legal practice.

In addition to his legal career, Morris has contributed to his community in numerous ways, including serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa and Pathways to Independence. He is also a part-time professor in the Law Clerk and Paralegal Programs at Algonquin College.
